Eng. Dr. Isa Kabenge

Eng. Dr. Kabenge holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering (University of Nebraska – Lincoln, USA), a Master of Engineering (University of Pretoria, South Africa) and a B.Sc. (Hon) Eng. Degree in Agricultural Engineering of Makerere University.

His Ph.D. training focused on application of GIS in environmental system design, water resources development and quantification of energy fluxes from vegetative surfaces. His masters training focused on catchment management, water & industrial wastewater engineering (design and optimization), Sanitation and project management.

Other selected trainings undertaken by Isa include Action Monitoring for Effectiveness (AME): improving community based water supply and environmental sanitation projects/programmes, facilitated by NetWas International – Nairobi, Planning and Management of Water and Sanitation Technologies for Low Income Communities a course offered by Uganda Management Institute in collaboration with WEDC, Loughborough University, UK, Environmental management Systems at the Productivity and Quality Institute, Alexandria, Egypt and Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management to enhance his capabilities for holistically handling projects.
