Dr Nakakaawa-Jjunju has excellent knowledge of Norwegian Development Assistance Policy accumulated over the years working as an administrative assistant in Uganda and administrative project coordinator of two NORAD funded projects at NTNU. She has teaching and research experience and has been responsible for advising the EnPe secretariat on the monitoring of the projects’ commitment to implement crosscutting issues related to human rights, gender, and environment.
