Skills Training Program for SMEs at FTBIC

The Food Technology and Business Incubation Centre announces the following short skills training courses:

Module

Dates

Processing of fruit and vegetable juices

18thJune – 22th June

Processing of yoghurt

25th - 29th June 2012

Baking of cakes and confectionaries

2nd July- 6th July 2012

Processing of fruit and vegetable sauces

9th - 13th July 2012

Processing of jams and preserves

16th - 20th July 2012

Participants will learn how to process and market high quality products like natural fruit juices, jams, yoghurt, and cakes.

Who should apply: Youths and women entrepreneurs, intending entrepreneurs, graduates & students on vacation.
Venue: Training will run from 8:30am-5:00pm every day at the School of Food Technology, Nutrition & Bioengineering, Makerere University main campus. 
Course fees: UShs 350,000 per module
