The Academic Registrar, Makerere University announces the following short courses tenable at the School of Food Technology, Nutrition and Bio-Engineering

  • Module B1: Baking and icing of cakes
  • Module F1: Processing of fruit juice and beverages
  • Module F3: Processing of fruits and vegetable sauces
  • Module B2: Baking of bread
  • Module M2: Sausage processing

Course fees: Each module will cost UShs 400,000 per person
